What is the correct burn time for the first use?
It is recommended to burn the candle continuously for 3–4 hours, allowing the surface to melt evenly and ensuring maximum performance.
How should the diffuser be used correctly?
Remove the bottle cap, place the reeds into the liquid and allow them to absorb and diffuse the fragrance throughout the space.
Are the candles safe for indoor use?
All our candles are produced in Greece using high-quality wax and fragrance oils that are certified and safe for indoor use.
How can I remove the remaining wax from the container once the candle is finished?
Allow the container to cool completely. Then place it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes. The wax will harden and come off easily. Remove any remaining residue with a soft spatula and clean the container with lukewarm water and mild soap.
